Our main priority will be the health and safety of customers and staff, and we will be implementing a range of measures – outlined below – to prevent you from infection. This means you’ll notice some changes when you next visit The Barber Shop. We might look a little different, but we promise to still provide our usual welcome and top-notch cut!
• Social distancing will be strictly enforced within the shop
• Stylists will be wearing masks and other items of personal protective
equipment (PPE).
• Customers will also be required to wear a mask (don’t worry – if you don’t
have your own, well provide one for you
• Customers will be given disposable gowns
• Hand-sanitizing stations will be located at the entrance and at the cash desk
– we would appreciate if you would use these on entering and departing the
shop
• Card payments will be accepted, contactless payment preferred
• Customers will be asked to provide their name and phone number/email for
a Contact Tracing log.
• All staff will have completed training as prescribed in the Government’s
“Return to Work Protocol”
• We will have completed a full risk assessment of the shop interior, and made
the necessary changes to ensure the highest level of hygiene possible.
Please do not come to the shop if you are feeling unwell, if you are showing symptoms of COVID19, or if you have recently been in close contact with a symptomatic person.
